This is a video demonstration on using the Pre-Rec feature on the Panasonic HC-V900 Camcorder. Do not submerge the Panasonic HC-V900 camcorder in water or expose it to snow. It’s operational temperature is 0 degrees Celsius to 40 degrees Celsius (32 degrees Fahrenheit to 104 degrees Fahrenheit).
