** Subtítulos en español están disponibles para este video.**
After successfully breeding over 2,000 endangered San Gabriel southern mountain yellow-legged frogs, a team of Los Angeles Zoo keepers including the Zoo’s General Curator and its Curator of Reptiles, Amphibians, and Fish journeyed into the Angeles National Forest to release more than 500 of this species’ tadpoles. Alongside colleagues from the California Department of Fish & Wildlife, U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, U.S. Forest Service, and U.S. Geological Survey, the Los Angeles Zoo animal care staff got to see the results of years of efforts to save and rehabilitate this species of wildlife native to L.A. https://www.lazoo.org/2018/05/mylf/
