There are around 70 lions on Ol Pejeta Conservancy, and currently there are four who are collared. Collecting data about their movements and habits allows to create more informed conservation strategies, and mitigate human/wildlife conflict. We like to include our guests in these efforts whenever we can, so anyone who participates in our Lion Tracking conservation experience directly contributes to this database! You’ll go out with our rangers and follow them with the tracker, and once they’re found, identify individuals and make a note of their location. Come and join in the fun!
